Q. What is Japan Ramen Box?
A. "Japan Ramen Box" is a subscription-based service that delivers a box full of delicious Japanese-exclusive Instant noodles including Yakisoba and Udon sent directly from Japan every month.
We choose “Instant Ramen” that you can find only in Japan.
Q. What do I get in my Box?
A. It is a surprise! you can only find out when you receive the box! we offer three types of boxes. Starter box with 4 items, Regular box with 7 items and Family box with 12 items. (The contents vary depending on the plan you have chosen.
Q. Do you offer non-pork/non-seafood/gluten-free/MSG-free/Halal ramen?
A. Unfortunately we do not offer customized boxes due to the large volumes of subscriptions.
In the future, we plan on offering these options.
Shipping
Q. How much is Shipping?
A. We offer FREE shipping worldwide!
Q. Can you send your box to my country?
A. We ship to anywhere in the world. But currently, we can not ship to the countries and regions listed below.
Algeria, Bolivia, Chad, Equador, Gibraltar, Guatemala, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mongolia, Netherlands, Quatar, Sierra, Leone, Somalia, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, Yemen, Hawaii.
Q. When does my box ship and when do I receive it?
A. We ship three times a month.
We ship all orders on these dates: On the 8th, 18th and 28th, coinciding with the date you subscribed. If you subscribe between the 1st and the 10th, your box will get shipped on the 18th of the same month.
If you subscribe between the 11th and the 20th, your box gets shipped on the 28th of the same month.
If you subscribe on the 21st and the last day of the month, your box will get shipped on the 8th of the following month.
We will inform you when your box has shipped from Japan.
Please note that depending on your location, it takes 2~4 weeks to arrive after your box gets shipped.

Q. How do I change my Shipping Adress?
A. Please contact us using the form below or at customer@japanramenbox.com providing your:
1. NAME / 2. SURNAME / 3. PLAN YOU ARE CURRENTLY SUBSCRIBED TO / 4. CURRENT ADDRESS / 5. NEW ADDRESS.
We will send you a confirmation email when the change has been completed.
Q. What should I do if some of my items are missing or damaged?
A. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP using the form below. We will try our best to respond to your enquiries. We may ask you for photos of the damaged item with some other additional information for refunds or replacements.
Please be aware that any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your box if you would like a refund or replacement (Any damages to the box or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged)
Q. My box was damaged. Can I get refund?
A. We only provide refunds if the contents is damaged. If so, please provide us with photos of the damaged items.
Q. My box got confiscated by Customs. What do I do?
A. Please contact us using the form below or at customer@japanramenbox.com.
Please provide us with a photo of the Customs' letter in order for us to offer a refund.
Q. Do you provide a tracking number?
A. In order to keep our shipping free, we do not offer a tracking number service. All boxes are shipped with Japan Post SAL and are a well trusted postal service.
Q. I mistakenkly gave you the wrong address but my box has yet to be shipped. What do I do?
A. Please check your sign up date and corresponding shipping date then provide us with the correct address before these dates.
Q. I mistakenkly gave you the wrong address and my box has been shipped. What do I do?
A. It is the responsibility of you, the subscriber to provide us with the correct address. We can not be held responslibe for incorrect information provided by you, the subscriber.
In the event that you provided us with the inccorect address and your box has been shipped, we can not issue you a refund and you will be held accountable for the cost of the box that has been shipped.
If you want us to resend the box, you will incur additional shipping cost.
Payment / Billing
Q. What payment options are currently available?
A. We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners).
If you find any problems processing your payment, please contact your credit card company. If there is no problem with your card, please feel free to contact us, it may be our system issue.
Q. I got charged a second time but I haven't received my first box? What is going on?
A. Due to the shipping time, you may be charged a second time for the following month before receiving your first box.
After you receive your first box, you will receive each box on or around the same date of each month.
Q. When will I be charged?
A. You will be charged as soon as your first order will be processed. Future payments will be charged the same day of every month (e.g. If your first charge is on the 1st of January, your next charge will be on the 1st of February)
Q. How do I cancel my Subscription?
A. Please contact us from the form below or at customer@japanramenbox.com providing your:
1. NAME / 2. SURNAME / 3. PLAN YOU ARE CURRENTLY SUBSCRIBED TO / 4. CURRENT ADDRESS / 5. TYPE IN CANCEL / 6. REASON TO CANCEL
We will let you know as soon as we have processed the cancellation. Please be aware that you can not cancel an order that has been already processed.
*Due to the terms of service, if you have received a shipping confirmation email and already been charged for the order, we can not issue a refund as the order has been sent.* *If your current box is seized by Customs, please provide us with a photo of the Customs letter then we can issue you a refund.*
Q. I already canceled my Subscription but I received a confirmation email that my box has been shipped. Why?
A. If you do not request a cancelation before your subscription date, your box will automatically shipped and you will be charged.
Due to our terms of shipping and billing, we request that you cancel your subscription before your sign up date. If not, and your box is shipped, we will not be held accountable for the charges that you have incured and your box will be shipped.
Q. I already canceled my subscription. Why do I receive a shipping confirmation email?
A. Due to the terms of service, if you have received a shipping confirmation email and been charged for the order, we can not issue a refund as the box has been sent.
Q. How can I cancel without being charged for the next month's subscription?
A. Please advise us prior to your sign up date.
If you signed up in the period of the 1st and the 10th, please inform us before the 10th.
If you signed up in the period of the 11th and the 20th, please inform us before the 20th.
If you signed up in the period of the 21st and the last day of the month, please inform us before the last day of the month.
Promotion
Q. Do you offer an affiliate program?
A. Currently we do not. But we will be offering an affiliate program in the near future. Please follow us on Istagram and Facebook to stay up to date.
Q. I am an influencer. Can we do a collaboration?
A. Certainly! We are open to collaborations with YouTubers, Instagrammers and other influencers.
