Q. What is Japan Ramen Box?
A. "Japan Ramen Box" is a subscription-based service that delivers a box full of delicious Japanese-exclusive Instant noodles including Yakisoba and Udon sent directly from Japan every month.
We choose “Instant Ramen” that you can find only in Japan.
Q. What do I get in my Box?
A. It is a surprise! you can only find out when you receive the box! In each box, you can find 4-12 different types of Instant Ramen (The contents vary depending on the plan you have chosen). Each box will be unique and we will not put the same ramen in the same box. More importantly, we choose only Ramen that can be found in Japan.

Q. How much is Shipping?
A. We offer FREE shipping worldwide!
Q. Can you send your box to my country?
A. We ship to anywhere in the world.
*We currently can not ship to the countries listed below.
Algeria, Bolivia, Chad, Equador, France, Gibraltar, Guatemala, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mongolia, Netherlands, Quatar, Sierra, Leone, Somalia, Spain, Ukraine, Urguay, Venezuela, Yemen.
Q. When does my Ramen Box Ship? When Do I receive my Ramen Box?
A. If you subscribe before the 15th, we will ship your box on the 23rd of the same month.
If you subscribe after the15th ,we will ship your box on the 8th of the following month.
We will inform you when your box has shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
Please note that depending on your location, it takes 2~4 weeks to arrive after your box gets shipped.
*If you haven’t received your box after 4 weeks, please wait until 6 weeks from the shipping date before contacting us.
Q. How do I change my Shipping Adress?
A. Please contact us from the form below or at customer@japanramenbox.com providing your:
1. NAME / 2. SURNAME / 3. PLAN YOU ARE CURRENTLY SUBSCRIBED TO / 4. CURRENT ADDRESS / 5. NEW ADDRESS.
We will send you a confirmation mail when the change has been completed.
Q. What should I do if some of my items are missing or damaged?
A. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP from the form below. We will try our best to respond to your enquiries. We may ask you for photos of the damaged item with some other additional information for refunds or replacements.
Please be aware that any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your box if you would like a refund or replacement (Any damages to the box or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged)
Payment / Billing
Q. What payment options are currently available?
A. We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners).
If you find any problems processing your payment, please contact your credit card company. If there is no problem with your card, please feel free to contact us, it may be our system issue.
Q. When will I be charged?
A. You will be charged as soon as your first order will be processed. Future payments will be charged the same day of every month (e.g. If your first order is on the 1st of January, your next charge will be on the 1st of February).
Q. How do I cancel my Subscription?

We will let you know as soon as we have processed the cancellation. Please be aware that you can not cancel an order that has been already processed.
*Please note that If you want to cancel your box for December, you have to cancel by the 30th November)
