As is known to all, Japan is the birthplace of instant noodles, and since the first cup noodle was produced in 1971, it has became popular among the all world. As a instant noodles lover, i have come up with a list of my favorites. Here we go!
Introduced as the world’s first instant noodles (original developed by Momofuku Ando of Nissin Food in 1958) and top selling in Japan. As long as seeing the popularity, people still like this basic standard flavor. It features a chicken soup suited for Japanese taste, simple and delicious! Btw, slide an egg into hot soup will be pretty good.
#4.Myojo-Ippeichan Yakisoba Japanese Style Instant Noodles
Yakisoba is similar to ramen but it use seasoned with a sweet and savory sauce instead of broth. The noodle here is thick and has a nice fried texture. The generous amount of mustard mayo adds flavour and makes the noodles pretty good flavor. You will not be disappointed.
#3.SANYO-Sapporo Ichiban Shio Salt Flavour
This is real a kind of Sapporo style Ramen and has become more popular among the wold. It uses a lightly flavored shio sauce and thin, straight noodles. The combination of noodles and soup is perfect! Looks very simple but the taste is serious awesome!

It is not easy to find a bowl of spicy ramen in Japan. There is a popular spicy ramen specialty shop named Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto in Tokyo and they also manufacture cup noodles. The chill oil creates the soup taste mid spicy and the dried ingredients of the instant ramen include cabbage,tofu,seasoned pork and carrot. Definitely one of the best cup noodle in Japan.

Can you imagine that you can buy Michelin-star ramen at convenience stores? Yes! This cup noodle comes from world’s first Michelin starred Soba Ramen restaurant-Tsuta and has been sold at 7-ELEVEN in Japan. Soy sauce is added to a mixture of fish, pork and chicken stock. Deliciousness jumping into the mouth and the flavors are just amazing! I think it is one of the best instant ramen ever.
