Ippudo Akamaru Tonkotsu(Pork base)

  1. 1. Pull back lid half way and take out all sachets.
  2. 2. Add vegetable sachet and grilled pork and pour hot water up to the inside line and wait for 3 mins.
  3. 3. 3 mins later, place the liquid sachet and the seasoning sachet on top of the lid.
  4. 4. 3 mins later, add the liquid sachet and the dry soup base sachet. Stir well then add the seasoning.
  5. 5. Mix well and enjoy!

 

Toyama Black Ramen

  1. 1. Pull back lid half way and take out all the sachets.
  2. 2. Add all the sachets except the liquid sachet and pour hot water up to the inside line. Place the liquid sachet on the top of the lid to make it warm.
  3. 3. Wait for 5 mins.
  4. 4. 5 mins later, add the liquid sachet, stir and enjoy!

  2. 2. Add noodles and cook for 90 seconds.
  3. 3. While cooking noodles, prepare a bowl and add soup powder and oil.
  4. 4. After 90 seconds, pour hot water into the bowl first and stir well then transfer the noodles.
  5. 5. Stir lightly and enjoy!

  2. 2. Add noodles and cook for 3 mins.
  3. 3. After the noodles are cooked, add the soup and stir well then transfer the noodles.

Nissin Hakodate Salt Ramen

  1. 1. Bring 2 1/4 cups(450ml) of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4mins.
  2. 2. Put the dry base and the oil in a serving bowl.
  3. 3. When the noodles are ready, pour the hot water in a serving bowl and stir.
  4. 4. Add the noodles and Enjoy!

 

 

 

Hiyashi Ramen

  1. 1. Bring 5 cups(1litter) of water to a boil.
  2. 2. Add noodles and cook for 4 mins.
  3. 3. After 4 mins, remove noodles from boiling water
  4. 4. Cool in ice bath and drain.
  5. 5. Serve noodles on the plate and add liquid soup and enjoy!

*You can add eggs, ham and vegetables for a better taste.
